Shipping policy
Same day delivery may be automatically applied inside of the Melbourne Metropolitan area free of charge to applicable orders:
1. Total order less than 25Kg.
2. Order made before 1PM.
3. Order shipping address inside of Melbourne Metropolitan area as defined by our system and couriers.
4. Order is of reasonable size (50cm x 50cm x 50cm MAX.)
Bundles/bulk orders may be sent in multiple consignments
Currently car batteries and any wet filled with acid batteries cannot be sent interstate, if you are unsure if the battery you want can be sent please contact us on the website chat, for bulk consignments we may be able to help you out depending on location.
Lithium batteries are only able to be shipped by road by Australia Post/TNT/Aramex within Australia. Typically 3-7 days for the East Coast of Australia (VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, ACT), and 5-10 days for all other areas for Australia Post. Express services using Aus Post, TNT and Aramex typically would be half the time for delivery if compared with Australia Post. Shipping times vary by region and are beyond the control of Grow Energy. Grow Energy will not be held responsible for any delays.
Delayed Packages are out of Grow Energy's control. Express shipping refunds will not be given for delayed parcels.
All delivers have an ATL - "Authorised to leave" in a safe place disclaimer attached to each delivery. if this doesn't suit your needs, get in touch before we send your shipment to make alternative arrangements. Alternative arrangements will be at the cost of the customer.
Stolen packages
All deliveries will be sent with ATL - (Authority to leave), unless otherwise organised between Grow Energy and the customer
If a courier confirms that a package was delivered, but goods are stolen from the front of the customer's property or if goods are reported as not received when the courier has proof of delivery, Grow Energy will not be held liable.
All returns will incur a $25 restocking fee and the initial cost of the postage to the customer. Return postage must be paid by the customer also.
